The 2022-2023 season of the Westside 8 Ball league starts tonight! Please remember the following:
$50! Each player is responsible for $50 tonight and tomorrow for the first night of play.
$20 of this is the team registration fee (total of $80 for the season) which covers all team, player and sub registration.
$20 is the BCA registration. If you are registered through another league you don’t have to pay this fee, however, often players think they are registered with another league and they aren’t so try and be sure. If you think you are paid via another league, please write that league in the notes section.
$10 is the weekly dues.
Text The Scores! After the match, each scoresheet must be texted or emailed to Mike Schwartz. The phone and email address is on the bottom of the score sheet. While it is the visiting team’s responsibility to do this, it is the responsibility of both captains to make sure it gets done. When captains are signing the sheets, thats a good time to make sure it gets sent.
Full Names Please! For the first night of the season, or a first time any player is playing, I need both their first and last name. Please do not only write Mike, or David, etc.
Fill Out The Sheets! Please don’t leave things blank on the score sheets. Each box should be filled in with wins and loses, how much a player has paid, the substitute box should be checked for a sub, notes with explanations for anything that needs to be explained, etc.
Drop Off! Both Banter Bar and 90 West are score sheet dropoff points. The money and sheet should be dropped off on the night of play.
