Just a reminder for everyone.  On time updates require that score sheet images are sent to me on the night of play.  The weekly updates take me about 3 hours, and it’s even more time consuming if I have to start and stop and start and stop because I don’t have all the sheets.  With my current work load and 2 children under 2 years old, I don’t have a huge amount of time to do updates, so I always try to do them in one sitting.

The bottom line is, everyone is responsible for getting their score sheets in the night of play to make the updates happen by Thursday or Friday.  Once the weekend hits, it’s very difficult for me to sit down in front of the computer for 3 hours to do the updates.  If you are the visiting team captain, you are REQUIRED to take a picture of a score sheet that is fully filled out, signed, with the money next to the sheet in the image.  If your a home team captain, it is your responsibility, before you sign the score sheet, to make sure everything is filled out, and then once you’ve signed the score sheet, you should watch/remind the visiting team captain to take the picture and send it to me immediately.  I’d rather get 2 of the same score sheet images from both captains than get none.

I’m working on the updates now so they should be up early this afternoon.  Please everyone take some responsibility to make sure that score sheets are fully and properly filled out, and sent to me immediately after your match is done.
