Week 11 Results

Sorry this post is so late.  I was hoping that 90 West 3 would get me their score sheet but they didn’t so that match will just have to be updated after the first of the year.

Happy Holidays to all.  We are official on break until after the new year.  This is only week 11 though, and with a 27 week season (Tuesday is 26 weeks) the 2nd half of the season starts week 14.

There are quite a few teams that are WAY behind on dues.  We need to get caught up before the half way point.  If you have any questions about what you owe or why, please contact me at djmichaelbasic@gmail.com so we can make sure things are clear.  I don’t want to have to levy fines on any teams.

Reminder…All Registration fees due week 1!

Please be prepared to pay $10/player for individual registration, and $25 as a team registration fee on top of your regular $40 weekly dues on the first week of play.

That’s a total of $105 for the first week of play.  Let’s try and get these dues pay right off the bat so we aren’t behind the entire season.

Registration Deadline for 2015-2016 Season is September 15th!

September 15th is the deadline to register your teams for the 2015-2016 season!

Please include contact info for all team members (Email and cell phone)

$25 sponsor fee for all teams and $10 membership fee for all players due on or before the first night of play!

Get your team of 4 players together for Tuesday or Wednesday night division

End of Season Update

For Tuesday, All teams have paid everything they owe except for Cozy Inn 2 whom I contacted and spoke to in person, so unless they contact me between now and the end of season payout, they will find their envelope short.

For Wednesday, I have not received the score sheet/money from the final week for JPs @ 90 West 3 (JPs responsible for turn-in) and Gabe’s 1 @ Cozy 3 (Gabe’s responsible for turn-in).  90 West 2 is short $10 and 90 West 3 is short a substantial amount as well.

I’m also waiting on a make-up match to be played between JPs and Speakeasy 5.  These sheets need to be turned in and the match needs to be played before I can sort the money for Wednesday.

As soon as I have information about the end of season event, I’ll post it here.

Week 23 (3/25) Wednesday matches between Brennans 1 @ Speakeasy 5 (match held at Brennans) and Brennans 3 @ Speakeasy 1 (match held at Speakeasy)  I’m not sure why these sheets weren’t given to me as the matches were played at dropoff locations, so I’ll double check and see if they just didn’t get given to me)

Today I went to Speakeasy and Brennans to pick up the score sheets and money which wasn’t picked up already before the holiday break.

Here’s a breakdown of where we are at with regards to missing score sheets and money.

Missing Score Sheets (note that sheets WERE emailed so scores are up, but money is not turned in):

Week 11 (12/3) – JPs @ Cozy 3 (Cozy 3 responsible to turn in the sheet)

Tuesday:

90 West 1 owes $20 for weekly dues…$10 from Week 6 and $10 from Week 12.

Cozy Inn 2 owes $10 for weekly dues from week 7

Scarlet Lady owes $50 for individual registration fees for Rebecca Potter, Rebecca Blocker, Ron Chase, Mannie Wilks, and Billie Jose

Speakeasy 2 owes $70 for weekly dues…$10 from week 4, $30 from week 5, $20 from week 6, and 10 from week 8

Speakeasy 2 also owes $5 for 1 time sub John Smith

Wednesday:

90 West 2 owes $10 for weekly dues from week 3

90 west 3 owes $110 for weekly dues…$10 from weeks 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12, and $20 from weeks 5 and 11.

Brennans 3 owes $10 from week 5

Cozy Inn 1/JPs owes $10 for Antonio Robertson’s Individual registration fee

JPs owes $10 individual registration for two time sub Greg Hawley and $5 1 time sub fee for Gil Maxey

Cozy Inn 3 owes $5 for 1 time sub Frank Gonzalez

Speakeasy 5 owes $155 for weekly dues, $10 for Week 1, $5 for week 2, $20 for week 5, $20 for week 7, $40 for week 10, 40 for week 11, and 20 for week 12.

Speakeasy 5 owes $35 for individual registration fees for Bonnie Riddel, Joshua Jackson, Perry Simnowski, and Ken Blackford ($5 sub fee)

Team Fees:

Cozy Inn 1, Cozy Inn 2, Scarlet Lady, Cozy Inn 3, and JPs have not paid their $25 team fee.

Captain’s Meeting – Tuesday December 16th

Arnold would like to hold a captain’s meeting next Tuesday, December 16th at 90 West at 7pm.  Everyone is welcomed, captains and players alike.  There will be a game of “tree strikes u’r out” (you’ll have to ask Arnold what that is) before the meeting and a tournament after.
